LOL lol lol Thata was a great read!
PAUL, I've enjoyed reading your posts and opinions but this is where I have to disagree with you buddy. Halo 2 online has nothing on CSS. I'm probably playing with fire by saying that on this site, however some of my disappointments on 360 games come from comparing to the Source engine's graphics and physics. I'm very happy to hear Valve pledged full support to the 360. ;) Don't string me by my nuts please... It's just an honest opinion.
The Sims is designed by an American (or European I could be wrong). It's the same guy who is developing Spore.
Well most of the parts are designed here then sub-contracted off over seas to fabricate the parts. What you really need to look at is who is making the big profit. It doesnt matter where the parts are built, but who designed them. Take the PS3 for example, IBM had the biggest part in designing "cell". Well IBM is headquartered in New York U.S.. Look at "RSX". NVIDIA designed it and is Headquarter in California U.S.. PS3's lightning fast ram is designed by Rambus headquarte...
LOL That's a crassic.
Actually SHIPPED are sales. If Sony ships a 101 million PS2's, that means they've sold 101 million to retail stores. It's called "wholesale". Same thing with the Xbox 360. Whatever number MS says they've shipped, is the number they've sold! However it does not mean their fan base is 101 million as many people had to re-buy their PS2's due to disk read errors. Also keep in mind the majority of PS2 owners are not hardcore gamers but mainstream consumers. They are just as easily willin...
Look at those realistics water effects. That looks awesome (if it were the year 1992) LOL
Great point of view but given the launch shortages and the number of hardcore fans ratio your chances are likely you will make $$$. It's the same with any launch so your point really has no validity to the mainstream majority of consumers.
See #5.2
How much time have developers had to polish up their games due to PS3 delays?!?! And I'm the idiot? Furthermore, there was no reason to personally attack "ME" by calling me an "idiot" when we're talking about a game. I'm just being real and giving my view on the topic.
I don't work @ a Gamestop or local gamer store however I did ask the same question to a buddy of mine who owns a franchise for Game Crazy and I was getting the same impression from what you're saying.
The mainstream consumers are NOT hardcore gamers my friend. Do you think they are willing to dish out $600?
Not to offend anyone but let's be realistic here. This does look like a "last gen" graphics engine. Also, did anyone happen to catch the Wii-tarted sensor control demonstration on this game at E3? The guy was up there making an @ss of himself.
What is the deal w/ all this Star Trek crap? Does anybody even really care about this game game?
Now this is a 360

....
Oh come on. You know somebody had to say it.
RIIIIIIIIIDGE RACERRRRRRRRRR
Do you thinks he's taking credit for originality? Ghost Recon to the Tee. Hahaha knob-head suites nicely.
Hey Cliffy B. Do You mem, mem, member the time at E3 when you showed a clip of Gears???
THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!
They're making a big mistake by waisting their time developing the extra Versus content if they think anybody will pay to play. Xbox 360 owners have to pay a fee for XLIVE plus the fee to download the arcade game. Now them blood suckers want to charge another fee to play versus mode? You've got to be dry f**king me? Nobody will do it! I mean, Lumines is a good game, but it's not that good.
